Fill out this form to book your spot in an upcoming weekly class with Dance Alive! Check out our Schedule Page to view the days and times of weekly classes, and Class Descriptions to learn more about each class.

In order to book your spot, you must be already registered for this term of classes (visit our Registration Page for more details!). If you book your spot and you can’t attend the class, don’t worry – you won’t be charged! Send us a message and we’ll transfer your booking to the next class you can attend!

*Make-Up Passes are given for missed classes under Term or Monthly Registration. Make-Up Passes must be used within the same Term for Term Registration or within 30 days of absence for Monthly Registration.
