Our Embodied Movement class is part of our unique Embodiment program and may be offered as a hybrid. Select sessions can be recorded and edited to preserve the privacy of the participants and to bring the best experience possible to you! Embodied Movement teaches active mobility and gentle release methods to help relieve stiffness in the body and guide us toward listening to our body’s needs.
