While we are on break from our Regular Weekly Classes, we love to continue taking care of our bodies and minds, so we want to hold some extra Embodiment Classes for you! These classes contain excellent cross-training tools for dancers but are also fantastic general wellness classes for anyone wanting to connect more deeply with their body. We have two fun themes for you during this April Easter Break:
- BODY BREAK (Embodied Movement + Strength) – Enjoy some 80’s vibes and sport your best windbreakers to get your body moving on Tue Apr 11 from 6:00 – 7:00 pm with this combined Embodied Movement & Strength class! No props are required, all exercises are done with bodyweight, and can be easily performed at home if you want to join us through Zoom.
- GET GROUNDED (Embodied Mind) – This brief intro to the Root Chakra and 30 minute Guided Meditation will have you feeling relaxed and recharged at the beginning of your week! Join us on Tue Apr 11 from 7:00 – 8:00 pm, right after our Body Break, to share a restorative experience with others in studio or from home through Zoom. You can even enjoy the Guided Meditation after again whenever you like!
