Introduction for Adults
It’s time for another 💥POP-UP CLASS💥, this time diving into 🇺🇦UKRAINIAN DANCE FOR ADULTS🇺🇦! For this class, Kelsee Douglas (@kmdoug123) will be teaching us some basic steps and sequences from two regions of Ukrainian Dance. Kelsee is a professional Ukrainian dancer and will break down steps with each region and explain the storytelling that is closely tied to Ukrainian dance.

This Pop-Up Class is open to all levels of adult dancers and is focused on the Fundamental and Beginner steps of Ukrainian dance. Although Beginner, expect lots of high-energy steps and movement throughout the class! See details below:

The class will consist of a 10 minute warm-up in the centre, 30 minutes of skill and foundation development, and 20 minutes spent learning a Ukrainian dance combo! Sign up using the form below:
