HOURLY RENTALS
An invoice will be emailed to you shortly after booking the studio. Please make payment on this invoice before your booking if possible.
PAY-AS-YOU-GO
You’ll be charged for all bookings at the end of the month. You’ll receive your bill on the 1st of the month – please make payment within 7 days to avoid Late Fees.
ALREADY ON MONTHLY REGISTRATION?
Book the studio whenever you like and we’ll simply add the charge to your upcoming Monthly Invoice!
How to Use the Team-Up Booking Calendar
• Events in green indicate bookings in the Green Room (large studio)
• Events in grey indicate bookings in the Grey Area (small studio)
• If there is space in either colour or both, you are free to book your rental there!
Once you’ve started your event, fill out the fields as suggested below:
• Event Title: Enter a descriptive title – e.g. “Studio Booking”
• From/To: Enter the date & time of your booking
• Reminders: We will no longer be sending studio booking reminders. Sign up for a free account with TeamUp and customize your own email reminders! Scroll down to the bottom of this page for more information
• Studio Room: Select the room you want to book (Green Room = large studio, Grey Area = small studio)
• Name: Enter in the FULL NAME of the person who is responsible for the bookings
• Keyholder Status: Select the appropriate option so we know if we need to let you in!
• Description: Include a brief description of your rental – e.g. “Private dance practice”
• Select Save when you’re done and we’ll handle the rest!
**We require 24 hours notice for all studio bookings, and 3 days notice for booking changes or cancellations.

Get Reminders from Team-Up!
We are committed to keeping your prices as low as possible and keeping your inbox clear from clutter. As a result, we are no longer sending automated reminders for any bookings with Dance Alive. If you would like email reminders, you can make an account with Team-Up for FREE and you can customize your very own calendar and reminder system! Here’s how:
Option 1 – DIY
• Visit teamup.com or download the app to make your own account.
• Visit https://dancealivestudios/team-up-booking and click the green plus sign to add this calendar to your Dashboard!
• You can also navigate to your Dashboard to add a calendar by URL: https://teamup.com/ks9dkkb4ni4x16exiz
• Whenever you Sign-Up for a class, you can also set your own custom reminders! We recommend a 3-day reminder, and an 8-hour reminder to set you up right. (Note: Reminders must be set each time you sign-up, they will not be automatically sent to you!)
