Holiday season is fast approaching, and with that comes a break for the dancers and the teachers! Our last week of classes is Dec 17 – Dec 20, with Christmas break beginning on Friday, December 21. We do not come back to dance until the second week of January. The first week back to dance classes is Jan 7 – Jan 10, and we begin with choreography!
We hope you have a fantastic break, rejuvenating for both mind and body. If you NEED to do something physical, try out something different than dance. Pilates, conditioning, yoga, or going for a swim are all great ways to keep the body moving while still letting it recuperate from the stresses of dance. Take care and relax!
